I Have a Date with You

Scenography and illustrated booklet design for the unclassifiable choreographic piece I Have a Date with You, by Compagnie KD Danse (created in 2018).

I Have a Date with You is a fleeting lecture, an evolving performance, an improvised ball. Its intention is to share a moment together and invite each participant to reflect on their place in society. A hybrid project with a local anchor, the piece incorporates statistical data specific to each city and surrounding territory at every performance. To achieve this, meetings with local residents are held beforehand to gather their societal concerns. These encounters become spaces for collecting and circulating information, making each performance unique and context-specific.
